PURCHASE INFORMATION

Payments can be made by personal check, money order, or cashier’s check.

Credit cards are accepted with an additional 5.5% processing fee. Checks must clear before an instrument is sent out.  Zelle is also accepted.

Shipping is at cost with a $40 fee for packing and materials for lutes, vihuelas and Renaissance guitars. Sitars and larger instruments require $60 for packing and materials.  I use FEDEX or UPS and all instruments are sent fully insured. In-person pickup is always best but I have packed and shipped for years.

International shipping is possible, but contact me first for details.

CUSTOM BUILDS

I begin work with a deposit of $500.00. Deposits are not refundable.  At my discretion a deposit may be applied to another instrument. Final payment in full is due on completion before delivery. Instruments not fully paid for on completion within 30 days will be resold and deposits cannot be refunded or applied otherwise.

My lead time is currently between 4-6 months for a custom build.  If a case is needed, these can be ordered from Kingham MTM in the UK, Manzano in Spain, or from Daniel Yost in the USA. The cost for a case is not included in the price of instruments except for my vihuelas, violas da mano, and Renaissance guitars which all include a very serviceable retrofitted hard case.

Custom cases are provided at cost with a $25.00 fee for my time working out details for that.
